I commit to hosting open houses until it's sold, advertise your home on MLS, the Winnipeg Real Estate News and other forms of advertising on-line.

Regarding Real Estate Investments, I can help people at all levels of their investment needs. I can guide you through which properties will yield a positive cash flow and what rent rates are for the subject area. I can provide guidance when dealing with the Residential Tenancy Branch. I can help make sure that your purchase is an appreciating asset and not a money pit.

My love for this business shows and in 2012 earned me a Bronze Medallion Award given by the Winnipeg Realtor Association. This award recognizes that I was in the top 10% of Winnipeg Realtors in sales. This was in large part due to client referrals and great clients that continue to use me for multiple purchases.
