Meet Our ExecutivesCarolyn MenaarPeople wonder how I went from being a teacher, parent, foster parent, worship leader, home group leader, to a realtor! I learned a lot of lessons while doing those activities and I hope to pass on these good qualities to my clients today: Patience: as they are trying to decide the right move to make Kindness: really caring for their needs Good Work Ethic: working hard to find the right property best suited to their needs Knowledge: teaching clients and new realtors what to look out for when purchasing a home Dedication: to getting the job done - even the paperwork Memories: good times shared together Being a realtor can be very demanding so finding ways to unwind, relax and recharge are essential to keep the energy alive! I love spending time with my husband at the cottage, indulging in a good book, doing puzzles, playing scrabble and other games. To recharge, I love spending time with my children – of birth and of the heart – and my 7-plus grandchildren, having lunches with my sisters, spending time at the cottage and sharing a meal with friends. Church and home group attendance help keep me focused and grounded. Looking after myself with massages, manicures, and regular haircuts help me to relax, as well. I get a real ‘Buzz’ when I do the things I love as a realtor: I LOVE getting a home ready for the market: suggesting simple renovations, staging tips, and sometimes even ‘hands-on’ help if a client needs it, to get my client the best possible price! I LOVE showing houses to clients, getting a feel for what they really want! I LOVE selling a house – that is the right home, not just a sale! I LOVE developing long lasting relationships with clients! My moto is: Caring Competent Service I look forward to exceeding your expectations in every real estate transaction. |
